Jeremiah is an innovative environmental specialist in mitigation and reclamation as it relates to mining and energy project development. This has brought his work into both the private and public sectors as liaison, technician, biodiversity researcher, and planner for a broad variety of clients. Jeremiah’s background is similarly diverse, with work in permitting, study design, monitoring strategies, abatement, mitigation, and reclamation for ecosystem-scale vegetation and animal resource management. He is the founder and principal at Blackland Environmental, where he consults on coordination and implementation of fish, wildlife, and vegetation resource presence/absence surveys including threatened and endangered species, habitat enhancement, revegetation practices, and land management.
