Greg is a strategic thinker who excels at converting vision into reality. As Assistant Director at the Colorado State Land Board, Greg managed teams responsible for 2.8 million acres of surface land and 4 million acres of mineral estate. Here he developed and implemented the agency’s long-term strategy to replace oil and gas leasing revenue with new business programs focused on real estate, recreation, ecosystem services, water, carbon sequestration, renewable energy, and energy transition minerals. He has experience in the financial management of public trust assets and growing and diversifying revenue streams. Leveraging his natural resource, asset management and financial expertise, Greg now assists Creekbank clients with asset inventory and planning, enabling policy, and programmatic approaches to entering environmental markets.
